    About the Role: 

    Itkan is seeking enthusiastic engineering students with expertise in 3D/CAD software and/or Java programming. This is a fantastic opportunity for college students to mentor and train future STEM professionals in the DFW area, making a meaningful impact on young lives.

    Candidate Requirements: 

    Currently enrolled as Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in an accredited engineering program in the DFW area.

    2-3 years of experience with Onshape, Solidworks or Fusion 360 OR proficient in JAVA programming.

    Ability to work with students, ages 12 to 17 years.

    Description: Volunteer Position – Unpaid

    About Us: Itkan Institute of Technology is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing STEM education through robotics to Muslim youth. The program offers tuition-free hands-on training in 3D/CAD modeling, programming, and marketing. The teams sponsored by Itkan participate in robotics competition that are organized by FIRST, https://www.firstinspires.org
