About the Role: 

Itkan is seeking enthusiastic students proficient in English and Technical Writing/Communication. Ideal candidates will possess advanced skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:

Technical Writing

Document design

Technical editing 

User interface creation

Candidate Requirements: 

Currently enrolled as Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in an accredited engineering program in the DFW area.

Experience with Google Docs, Notepad++, Mediawiki.

Ability to work with students, ages 12 to 17 years.

Prospective applicants should have experience in creating technical manuals and term reports, along with the skills needed to develop educational materials for high school STEM students. These materials should cover a range of topics, including computer programming, 3D modeling, web design, graphic user interface, illustration, and powerpoint presentation.

About Us: Itkan Institute of Technology is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing STEM education through robotics to Muslim youth. The program offers tuition-free hands-on training in 3D/CAD modeling, programming, and marketing.
